OPENING KEYNOTE SPEAKER : DR ANN MILNE

Ann is a highly experienced educator, mentor, writer, and researcher who promotes developing a learning approach centred on students’ cultural identities and their critical understanding and analysis of society.  Ann challenges thinking around the monocultural nature of our education system and the barriers it creates for students who are not from this group. Having Ann as our keynote will allow space for discussion around critically conscious, culturally sustaining practice and leadership.
